Why I Use Ezine Solo Ads Combined With Viral Prospecting…

June 12th, 2008 KhaliBashir Posted in Marketing No Comments »

You’ve heard it time and time again. It’s been mentioned over and over by all of the top Gurus on the internet. We are always told that to have an effective business on the internet you have to build a huge list. We are told that “the money is in your list”. The dilemma for alot of people comes down to how exactly do you go about building a big list without breaking the bank and at the same time building it quickly.

I tend to agree with the Gurus on this issue, so I’d like to speak about the power of combining ezine solo ads with viral prospecting to build your lists, get people in front of your biz. opportunity as well as building your downlines. I’ve spoken in other articles that I’ve written about how if you want to increase the likelihood of someone opting in for information that you are offering, you need to first be able to offer a solution to a problem that the potential prospect is having.

The biggest problem that people are having on the internet today and probably has always been effective marketing. Ninety Five percent of people on the internet who are running a home business struggle to utilize effective advertising methods for their businesses and as a result they struggle to make money. If you are smart enough to understand this and you want to build a huge list, then you want to be in the business of offering solutions to their marketing woes. If you combine this with using paid Ezine solo ads to huge subscriber lists and a viral step by step prospecting system then you will no longer wonder how you will be able to list build, nor will you wonder how you will build your downline organization.

I usually start off with an attractive lead page that directly offers help for people who are struggling to market. The solution I offer is the 3 step viral prospecting system that I use and tell them that they can also use it %100 Free. In addition to this my system offers them an 8 day ecourse that teaches them about some of the most up-to-date marketing methods and also about using prospecting systems for success. These are the things that are offered on the lead page that is offered in the system I use. All this is great, but the question that still must be answered is “Khalil what is your main method for getting that lead page in front of the people?” The answer is I use Solo Ads to Ezines and Credit Based Safelists! Most of the people who are in these Ezines and Credit Based Safelists are there for the purpose of marketing, building home business and learning how to market, so if you can increase their knowledge or help them out with some of the same then you will get great responses and opt-ins to what you’re offering.

Right now I average about 50 to 75 new opt-ins a week operating on a $100-$150 budget for the month using this simple little method. Once my prospects have opted in to the 8 day e-course that is offered, they are also taken step by step for a total of 3 steps through the viral prospecting system. They are shown this in step 1, they are shown that in step 2 and they are showed the final portion in step 3. There are a total of about 5 potential income streams utilized in my prospecting system along with a choice of using the current primary business that you were already marketing before opting in to my page. Once they reach step 3 they are considered a hot prospect and they are given the sign up form to use the prospecting system, once they are signed up they are taught even more methods to advertise outside of what I’m sharing here in this article.

I really enjoy doing business this way because it’s really time efficient, it reaches alot of people and they are taken through your presentation each time they opt-in. Before I was introduced to the world of internet marketing, I used to be a part of different offline MLMs and there is no way I could consistently reach this many people with my opportunity, nor could I do it without taking up alot of my time as well as taking alot of other peoples time to review a business plan. When you combine this with 5 different income streams, you will start to notice that you get signups for one program or another each time you send your ad out and you are also getting new subscribers for your list. More importantly you are gaining new members using the prospecting system and duplicating the same methods.

I will share more in-depth analysis of this system in future articles, but for now I hope I have given you some incite into how easy it is to build a list and downlines using the marketing method I have listed above.

To your success!

You know being a Affiliate Marketer isn`t that hard you don`t have to be a college graduate.I haven’t been doing this for very long but I read a lot of the forums and there is a lot of confusion let me see if I can explain .Its all about getting Traffic to your site linking your

site to other peoples sites Bloging wrighting Articles many other things.Away to make quick money is with Google Adword your Adsense. But with Adsense you have to have Traffic going to your site and a easy and a lazy way to get traffic is Adminder. All you do is pay for the amount

of traffic you want where it be 10,000 50,000 100,000 there you got your traffic.Another question I read is Bloging a good idea yes it is. It gets you ranked in the search engines before your homepage gets ranked that is using Google Blogger. It all so gets you a lot of traffic

flow threw your site and it is a way to Post your link to your website and tell people about all that is on your site .Advertising is all so very important using ezines and using forums putting a Ad in the News Paper spreading the word about your business word of mouth emailing no

spamming. You can put your Logo and URL on a Coffiee cup or T-shirt that is a great form of Advertising and pass the T-shirts out to you Friends and Family. Here is a URL where you can get Mugs and T-shirts with designs on them http://www.cafepress.com.

Another form of Advertising is a Co-op what a Co-op does it Advertises you in Newspapaers Magazines, All so Payper click and Banner Ads. NeverBlue Ads - Affiliate Network

June 12th, 2008 JamesClipp Posted in Marketing No Comments »

NeverBlue Ads is an affiliate network that is quickly setting itself apart from the rest of the affiliate marketing world with it’s motto “better affiliate marketing”. Instead of falling into the standard traps of affiliate networks such as accepting anyone that applies or passing on the smallest percentage of their commission that they can while retaining affiliates, NeverBlue from start to finish is all about the affiliates and providing top notch service.

One thing that is striking about Never Blue is their selectivity. The affiliate network is a closely held part of the company, and as a result only the best websites and webmasters will be allowed to join their ranks. The company is unique in the way that you have to apply and be selected in order to join, rather than the simple name collection and location to send the check, instead you need to have a shor phone interview with a representative once your online application is approved, without this personal contact you will be automatically rejected.

I’ll assume you are a great marketer with some nice websites up your sleeve, so now you have been accepted by NeverBlue, the first thing that you will see is customer support. From the initial phone call you will be given your own affiliate manager, and these managers are very useful contacts to have. You get their email addresses, work/cell phone numbers, AIM addresses, and any other method of contact you could ever want. This allows you to ask them questions whenever they come up and you can expect an answer very quickly. The customer service is truly what makes Never Blue Ads unique, and to go along with this you can be sure that they will pay you on time every single month.

In all honesty, the highest paying affiliate network I have ever joined is NeverBlue Ads, I have been in this industry for a while and I am finding commissions that have absolutely astonished me. There was one company that I had already been promoting on my own directly through the company’s in house affiliate program, then I found the same program on NeverBlue paying a full 20 times more for the exact same action. Advertisers know that they will get quality, so they are willing to pay insane commisisons to get NeverBlue affiliates. I have seen some offers that are giving $5+ for simple free sign-ups and other lead based programs. This allows great flexibility in the way that they are marketed, instead of pressuring individuals into making sales you will get paid each time you get somebody to do a certain action such as signing up for an account or trying out a product. This ensures that you will get paid the amount you are due for your efforts, and the rest of the marketing process lies on the shoulders of the advertisers.

Many people are currently using Google’s AdSense as their main source of revenue for their websites, as was I at one point, but NeverBlue makes a great alternative. I am making far more per visitor than I was just using AdSense, and they can also be used on the same page anyway so that you can double-dip from each method to optimize your earnings. Overall I have had nothing but good experiences with NeverBlue and despite their relatively new company I feel that they will be making big waves in the internet marketing world in a short period of time.

Seven Day Millionaire Review

June 12th, 2008 JamesClipp Posted in Marketing No Comments »

The Seven Day Millionaire is a new product aimed at aspiring internet marketers and internet entrepreneurs. It is designed to help those that wish to learn how they can become successful businessmen or business women. The real question is, can it actually accomplish these goals and teach people rather than simply talk at them?

The answer to this is a definite yes. James Spinosa has created a product that is both easy to understand yet packed with useful tips and tricks. One of the prevailing messages is that experience is critical to success, but gaining this experience is simply a matter of time. The more time that you invest in internet marketing the better your results will be. The effort and passion you put into creating websites, using various marketing techniques, etc. will be a direct reflection of your ability to produce a sustainable passive income.

The slogan “Grow Your Money Tree” is fitting as the methods taught are all about long term planning and building up a network of backlinks and resources to foster traffic growth. Many marketing guides out there are seen as “get rich quick schemes”, which is a title well fitting many due to the exploitative nature of the internet. This is where the Seven Day Millionaire differentiates itself from the rest of the pack, by promoting “white hat” marketing tactics that produce long term results rather short term gain tactics that will eventually be closed up or lead to lawsuits the Seven Day Millionaire is taking the moral high ground. This is an essential part of this book is that there is an emphasis on the passive long term income, because with these methods the results will not be clear instantly but over time it will prove to be far more profitable than any short term methods could ever be. By showing that there is more to marketing than spamming and scamming, this book is taking a responsible approach to teaching the next generation of internet marketers.

The problem that most internet marketing guides face is that they do not accurately judge the skill level of their customers. By covering enough of the basics that a complete novice with no marketing experience could pick this book up, as well as providing details of his marketing methods any level marketer from novice to expert could learn a trick or two from this book. There is no reason why you wouldn’t be able to learn how to start making a legitimate online income from this book other than being illiterate, the methods are plainly laid out for anybody to understand.

The slogan is also fitting, as the author is also donating a portion of his proceeds to Global ReLeaf, an effort by the not-for-profit organization American Forests to restore the forests in the most vital areas of the world. An affiliate marketing guide that teaches social responsibility to protect the industry while using proceeds to protect the environment. This is why I would recommend The Seven Day Millionaire to any of my friends and family.

PR, Your Startup and You

June 11th, 2008 ArtEspey Posted in Marketing No Comments »

Many startups, and for that matter, small businesses that are still in their infancy, struggle with certain PR and marketing issues. The first question that many entrepreneurs have is “How do I get the PR and marketing that I need to get attention?”

This is a valid question and one that should not be taken lightly. PR today means a lot more than it did 5 or 10 years ago. Today you have traditional media – TV, print and radio as well as the new media – social networking, blogs, and podcast, search engines, vcasts and more. All of these are great and can be very effective if:

• You know who you want to reach

• You know how the people you want to reach choose to get information

It doesn’t make much sense to use radio if your target audience doesn’t listen to radio. It also doesn’t make sense to use vcasts if your target audience is not tech savvy.

One of the most important decisions that you have to make in a startup or small business is to determine what is news worthy. You have to decide the message that you want to convey to your audience. Bloggers, journalists and target customers are all very busy people with a limited amount of time. Few of them are going to search for your message and even fewer are going to ponder what your message means. You have to tell them.

Your message may change slightly for each type of media. The old saying that “a picture is worth a thousand words” still holds true. A video press release communicates differently than a standard 300 – 500 word written press release.

The person who delivers your message, your spokesperson, must be well spoken and well prepared. They must also be able to speak to your audience. If you are the founder and CEO and love “tech speak” you may not be the right person to speak to a non-technical audience. Sure, your product or service may have some of the latest and greatest technology packed into it, but your customers may only care that it solves their problems – not that it is the latest and greatest. Speaking to your audience is critical. A lot of press releases never see the light of day because they are not tailored to the media, venue or audience that they seek to serve.

Deciding whether to do your PR in house or to hire an outside firm is up to you. You could buy an ebook on PR and try your hand – and the truth is that you may have some success, if you understand what you read, can accurately translate this into action and have the time to do it right. Or, you could hire a PR firm to do all of the work for you. Each of these has pros and cons.

For most startups and small businesses that are truly watching their expenses the best solution may be to learn a little bit and hire a consultant or coach. I am sure that Steve Jobs had someone help him develop his over the top marketing and PR persona for Apple.

Greg Bowens, Managing Partner of Bowens & Company in Southfield, MI who has handled PR for startups, major city mayors, government agencies and non-profit organizations emphasizes that you must develop media and PR relationships before you need them. That includes engaging a consultant or adviser. Many PR professionals worked in the media in the past. They can help you form great relationships with the media. Forming a relationship with them will help you to form your PR goals and craft your message so that you can properly communicate it to the media and ultimately the people in your audience.

Waiting until you need a PR professional is like waiting until you have a disease to find a doctor. Neither is good, smart or prudent. Just as your doctor needs time to get to know you and your body, health and lifestyle, your PR professional needs time to know your business so that they can help you develop a workable strategy. They may also know the type of stories that the media is seeking at various times. This knowledge alone can help you identify unique PR opportunities that may otherwise be lost.

One last thought about getting Great PR

We all have a “pet” societal problem that we want to see solved. This may be poverty, hunger, education, homelessness, emergency help, breast cancer or any other myriad number of worthy causes that can motivate one to take action to help. Find one that you are passionate about and offer your services – either personally or professionally. You may get some great PR out of the deal. This is one of those things that money just can’t buy.

Is Affiliate Marketing Dead For Pay Per Click Advertising?

June 11th, 2008 GuidoNussbaum Posted in Marketing No Comments »

About 10 years ago, a new type of search engine surfaced on the Internet scene. It was a way that you could buy yourself into the top of the search engine rankings in a bidding fashion. This came to be known as pay per click marketing and it wasn’t long before all of the search engines adopted this style of advertising. When many people think about this type of advertising, they think about the Google Adwords system. The fact of the matter is, Google is only one of the ways that you can receive traffic in this fashion. If you use it effectively, however, they can send you more traffic than anyone else.

It was such an easy thing to find some keywords with low competition, throw up a page that pointed to an affiliate program and buy an ad through the pay per click marketing systems. Not all that long ago, however, something happened that dramatically changed the scene of this kind of advertising. It is usually known as the Google slap, a time in which people saw their rankings in pay per click marketing drop dramatically overnight. Not only did they drop quickly, they continued to drop consistently for a long period of time. Why is this?

Google began to institute a new policy that was known as the quality score. Although they had used the quality score before this time, they really began to put it into effect and that is what caused the Google slap to occur. As it turns out, Google didn’t want a lot of affiliate programs cluttering up their advertising space. Their claim is to be interested in quality content and this also included their ads. If the advertisement or the keyword did not fit in well with the webpage to which it was pointing, you either lost your ranking power or your minimum bid was raised to such a high level that you could never afford it. It seemed that this was the death of affiliate marketing using pay per click advertising. Is that really the case?

Actually, it is easier now to make money with pay per click marketing and affiliate advertising than it was before. Not that it takes less work, but there is much less competition to worry about. All that is really necessary is for you to put up a page that is relevant to what you are trying to offer. You can do so in the way of a review article for the product that you are associated with. Simply point your Google ad to this page and you should rank well while only paying out a minimum bid.

The two things that you are going to need whenever you do this kind of advertising are patience and a desire to stick to it. Not every ad campaign that you’re going to run will be a success. Enough of them will work, however, to make it well worth your while.

Advantages and Disadvantages of Multi Level Marketing

June 11th, 2008 DanielGebura Posted in Marketing No Comments »

Multi Level Marketing has been a popular way to make money for years. People get involved in MLM as it brings amazing income potential. However becoming successful in MLM isn’t easy and requires some effort and finding right people to work with as it’s pretty much about building relationships.

MLM is any business where payouts are made at two or more levels deep.

The concept of MLM is quite traditional and it’s about building your downline in genealogy form where usually you benefit from all levels and branches of your genealogy tree.

MLM is attractive, however it requires from marketer to take different approach than in any other form of marketing and selling.

The reason is that unlike in traditional marketing where it comes to sell products, the main point of MLM marketing is rather selling hope and encouragement to become successful marketer to other people.

That’s why Multi Level Marketing is considered relationships business, not sales business.

What it means is that in order to become successful, you need to find the right people who will join your downline and duplicate the steps you have taken to make money.

While in many MLM companies you are limited to benefit from referring new members and building your genealogy tree, the other ones also involve product sales as an additional option to make money from your team building efforts.

When the sales are involved usually your job will be to recruit distributors who recruit more and more distributors infinite levels deep. The sales generated by all of them count toward your commission. So the rule is simple the larger the network of distributors built the more sales can be generated and more commissions can be earned.

The final question is:

Is MLM marketing good business model for everyone?

Well it depends on the level of one’s experience and motivation.

The advantage of MLM is that it’s very effective and profitable form of marketing where success is result of consistent work and effort put by more than one person.

Where many people put their efforts and take action together to build their MLM business the income potential increases amazingly and can grow to the really high level over the years or even months.

Another benefit is that when you manage to build a team of motivated and good marketers you may get to the point where they will be doing all the job for you so that you’ll be able to benefit from your teamwork at minimum effort on your part.

However to get desired results in MLM marketing it takes some time, effort, proper knowledge and skills.

Building relationships and profitable team is a long process and requires a lot of patience, time and money investment.

The main problem here is to get the right marketers into your genealogy. The skepticism is lurking around nowadays and many people don’t believe in success on the Internet.

The job that has to be done is to show them that it is possible, encourage them to join your business and finally make them take action and duplicate the required steps.

That’s why mastering great communication skills is essential. Another thing that might be difficult is mentoring people.

When you finally manage to build your organization, you need to become a mentor who has the knowledge that will help your team members become successful as well. That’s why learning everything about the MLM business you are in is important as you will need to pass this knowledge forward to your organization members.

MLM business is really effective marketing model and may become your source of steady and solid income as long as you take it seriously and do consistently what is necessary to build your team.

The Secret of Your Trade Show Success

June 11th, 2008 MatKelly Posted in Marketing No Comments »

Four tips to helping your trade show booth succeed at your next trade show.

It certainly doesn’t take long for those owning or even starting a business to discover that what you read in textbooks doesn’t necessarily apply to the real world. When invoices aren’t getting paid on time, ads aren’t consistently bringing in customers and sales aren’t continuously rising, it’s no surprise when imaginary hands go up and the questions start rolling. The bottom line– it’s a lot harder than it looks. Obstacles are indeed inevitable and the possibility of failure is just one of the harsh realities of owning a business; but on a more positive note, trade shows provide an excellent opportunity to market your products and services.

Depending on how you develop and execute your plan, trade shows can either be highly effective or of little to no use. Many entrepreneurs have a habit of getting stuck in a comfort zone; focusing on only one or two marketing tactics and essentially putting all their marketing eggs in one basket. However, it’s a no-brainer that the more successful entrepreneurs are those who implement “dozens” of tactics and techniques to draw their clients in. Avoid falling into the same habit by finding out how you can get the most benefit from a trade show. When your marketing attempts have been less than successful, how can you step your game up? With the ultimate goal of gaining new business through your trade show booth, how you go about marketing yourself that will make all the difference.

More business marketers are using trade shows to generate leads these days and the biggest problem that these marketers face is the inability to generate enough leads for their sales force. As we know, trade shows are designed to allow entrepreneurs to meet many potential customers face-to-face and make a good impression in a relatively short amount of time. They can be a very valuable part of your marketing strategy– if done correctly, allowing you to effectively generate new sales leads and promptly deliver your message to your target markets. When you are armed with just a few insider trade show secrets, you’ll be surprised at how magnificently your trade show investments will pay off. The key is planning a strategy that starts months before the show and proceeds throughout the vital follow-up stage after the show is over. There are four crown components to achieving trade show success.

Secret #1: Use Pre-Show Marketing to Gain Leads Through Your Trade Show Booth

You may be wondering, “What’s the point in marketing ‘before’ the show if that’s what the show is about in the first place?” The answer can be as plain as throwing a party without first handing out the invitations, then wondering why hardly anyone shows up. You’ll need to let your prospects and customers know that you’ll be exhibiting and what’s in it for them ahead of time in order to direct that pre-qualified traffic to your trade show booth. The best visitors to your trade show display are those who are already interested in what your company can offer them. Remember, they’ll be hundreds of other exhibitors that you will be competing with for the attention and business of the show attendees.

• Know your target audience. Find out who your most important clients and prospects are.

• Use all methods available to contact them before shows. Use a combination of methods such as emails, direct mail postcards, newsletters, personal calls, and “lumpy mail”; it’s only human nature to enjoy receiving gifts, so adding in a little curiosity could certainly get your message through.

• Timing is important. Deliver your message early enough for your prospects to mark the date to attend, but not so early that you risk them forgetting. What works best is a contact several weeks before the show and another one a week before it.

Secret #2: Draw Attention! Make Your Trade Show Display Work For You

It’s important that your trade show booth covers enough ground about your business so that people can size it up in one glance. Not only should you focus on making a good impression, but leaving a lasting one as well. A booth that is dressed for success in both appearance and personnel will attract as well as create a pleasant and memorable experience for your visitors. Use your logo consistently; for example, backdrops, rugs and banners to enhance it as much as possible. The use of colors, shapes and graphics also contribute to the visual effect quite well. Be creative, but as long as your trade show display is attractive, well lit and informative with friendly smiles, success in capturing attention will be high.

Although locations near the entrance and prime corners are highly sought after, consider the potential traffic in areas close to entertainment or restrooms. It would also be wise to consider who will be on either side of you. You’ll want to avoid direct competition.

• Try to look at your trade show booth from your prospects perspective. Is the atmosphere welcoming? Does your trade show display attract attention so that they’ll want to know more?

• Prepare to answer any possible questions knowledgably. Provide resourceful information such as pamphlets, catalogues, samples and promotional products for them to take along.

• Leave them with something unique to remember you by. Create a good personable energy so that once they walk away, they will remember you positively and want to do business with you.

Keep in mind: A cheap looking trade show display or promotional product giveaways will speak volumes about your business.

Secret #3: The Two Post Show Marketing Musts

There are two very important things that most companies fail to do effectively after a trade show:

1. Following through on the leads generated

2. Continuing to market to those leads regularly

Post show marketing should begin with a call to your clients and prospects as soon as possible. They have already done their part by coming to your trade show booth. It normally takes anywhere between 5 to 10 contacts with a prospect before you establish enough credibility for them to do business with you. Continue to contact them on a monthly basis through a series of newsletters, calls or another marketing method.

Secret #4: Choose The Right Promotional Products

Trade shows are renowned for being that place to pick up freebies, but some classic issues for those companies providing them are:

• Will people remember who gave it to them?

• Are the items useful?

This is why it is imperative to consider the retentive lifespan of your gift. How do you know anyone will actually use your item out of all the others received? That answer is simple; the chance of that stress ball, keychain, or chocolate bar ever being used after the show is low. That is why your best bet would be choosing useful gifts that communicate your company’s message. Again, be creative and try your best to think outside the box.

Seize The Opportunity: Have Fun!

Trade shows are perfect opportunities to meet new people and sharpen your selling skills, all while building your own morale. Remember that energy, just like confidence, radiates. Be contagious! If you’re having a good time, the people visiting your booth will too and therefore be more inclined to do business with you. By implementing these few, simple techniques, you’ll certainly gain the edge you need to succeed.

Many companies start from humble beginnings and grow organically without any solid plans for brand development. As these companies reach a certain point in their growth, they often come to realize that, in order to break through to the next level, they must proactively define their brand. Without taking this important step, these companies risk stagnating and failing to break through to higher brand awareness.

The development of a solid brand begins with a discovery phase, in which the company reviews its strategic materials, conducts consumer research, and conducts manager interviews to collect information about what the company stands for and where it is headed.

After the discovery phase, the company can move on to the brand definition phase. This entails a structured set of meetings held among a core team of senior managers from diverse functional areas. This Brand Team reviews the findings from the discovery phase, brainstorms elements of the new brand, and generates commitments throughout the company to abide by the Team’s decisions.

Here are the 5 dimensions of brand definition that are essential steps in building a successful brand:

1. Develop a vision for your brand: The vision for a brand consists of a broad statement of what the brand aspires to be. The vision should take a long-term perspective, in recognition of the fact that building a powerful brand does not happen in weeks or months. A solid brand vision defines the business in terms the customer can understand and relate to. It must be original, motivational and inspiring. And, the vision must get buy-in by senior management if it is to be successfully implemented.

2. Position your brand in order to differentiate yourself from competitors: Brands are multidimensional in that they usually carry with them a number of images and associations in the minds of the company and customers. However, all successful brands have a particular focus that differentiates it from those of competitors. A properly-positioned brand must transcend demographics and clearly identify likely prospects. The Brand Team identifies prospects based on which needs and motivations the brand addresses.

3. Create a personality for your brand: Ultimately, your brand must be something with which people can identify. It has to have its own personality, its own character. Your brand will likely evolve over time, but its essential character should endure.

4. Articulate the benefits your brand delivers to customers: In time your brand must come to represent a set of functional benefits in the minds of your prospects and customers. Thus, during brand definition your team must clearly articulate the set of benefits - the value - that it represents to customers. It is important to note that strong brands also carry with them a set of emotional associations. The emotional benefits of a brand are often supported by the functional benefits, and they form the basis of the brand’s positioning.

5. Define the values your brand represents: Finally, your brand must represent a particular set of values. This is because your target customer base is composed of human beings, and humans are value-motivated. If you successfully articulate the values your brand represents, you have a better chance of getting customers to associate the values of your brand with their own values. Value definition can create long-term bonds between your brand and your target customers.

When your company decides it is ready to put the effort into developing its brand it should start by undertaking the processes of brand discovery and brand definition. Every brand definition process, in turn, should include developing a vision, determining effective positioning, creating a brand personality, articulating the benefits of the brand, and defining the values that your brand represents.
